For any hosted enterprise offering, data privacy, ownership and security are among the top concerns that customers have.
Each company within CubeTree has its own private network. Only employees from that company can see the information that is posted to CubeTree.
In order to prove that you're from the same company, you must be able to prove that you can receive email in the same domain as other users. For example, only users with an email address "@amazon.com" can access the Amazon instance of CubeTree.
All data that a user posts to CubeTree is the property of the company that employs that person. CubeTree has no right to access or use your information for anything beyond delivering the CubeTree service.
Unlike many of our competitors, even our free edition features SSL encryption on all data sent from users' browsers to our servers.
