One of the most powerful capabilities within CubeTree is how many different ways there are to find information.
At the top of almost all pages is our search bar. When you start typing into the box, the system will try to guess what you're looking for, and suggest a list of possible matches. The list includes almost every type of content in the system. If you see what you're looking for, you can just click on the suggestion and be taken right there.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Simply hit return or click on the magnifying glass to do a full search. CubeTree will then search through the entire system to find what you're looking for. Our unified search includes:

In addition to searching the titles and descriptions of documents, CubeTree also searches for content inside the most popular document formats. You can tell when content is inside a document when you see the document with a magnifying glass icon in the search results.

Tags are a common way that power users like to categorize content. For example, if I'm writing a status post about working on our public Website, I can mark it so that it's easy for others to find other content about that project as well.

You can see all the content with the same tag by clicking on the tag.

Track is very similar to the idea of a saved search. If you track a term, each morning you'll receive an email with links to any new content in the system that includes that term.
