Position: Senior Mobile Engineer ( iPhone, Android, Blackberry )

Description:

The Senior Mobile Engineer is an integral member of the engineering team responsible for developing innovative mobile solutions for Enterprise Collaboration. You are a highly motivated self-starter who is excited about technology and can collaborate with technical, creative and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise mobile applications for iPhone, Android OS, BlackBerry and others.
• Work with internal business teams and product management to define requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Serve as core contributor owning full life cycle product development.
• Work to architect and re-factor code and design for optimal maintainability, extensibility and re-usability.

Qualifications:

• Direct professional experience with iPhone, Blackberry, J2ME, or Android required.
• Published at least one application in the Android Market, Apple Store, or Blackberry App World.
• 3-5​ years professional programming in an object oriented language such as: Java, C#, Ruby, or C+.​+
• 2+ years work experience as a software engineer on a mobile platform.
• Use of Test-Driven development methodologies with strong understanding of OOD and OOP.
• Strong technical and design skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Understanding of XML/JSON based RESTful APIs
• Enjoys individual accountability as well as teamwork toward common goals.
• Ability to participate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Desired:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of ruby and ruby on rails
• Familiarity with networking protocols
