Description:
CubeTree is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and customer facing skills to join our Professional Services team. The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for defining and delivering consulting services to ensure successful deployment and user engagement on the CubeTree platform. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a growing team that is bringing social networking to the business world.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive service engagements focused on assisting customers to define and roll out company wide collaboration goals using CubeTree
- Conduct planning and discovery meetings with customers to define and flesh out collaboration goals
- Educate customers on collaboration best-practices and provide guidance to ensure a successful roll-out and adoption
- Create and drive deployment project plan
- Run project team meetings with customer and maintain action items lists
- Provide train the trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be CubeTree's primary "face" to the customer throughout the implementation process
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of CubeTree's software product
- Complete projects within the time allotted, with high levels of customer success and customer delight
- Manage multiple customer projects concurrently
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a customer facing role for enterprise software products or services as a Professions Service Consultant, Sales Consultant, Trainer or similar role
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable communicating with an executive level audience
- Ability to listen and quickly demonstrate an understanding of customer requirements and propose creative solutions
- Excellent writing skills and significant experience delivering content to customers
- Experience and working knowledge of consumer or enterprise social software solutions
- Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with software integrations or Web Services a plus
